Premier Community Health is uniquely designed to promote healthy living through prevention, early detection and disease self-management. It is our goal to provide the greater Dayton region with information that enables residents to make healthy lifestyle choices for themselves and their loved ones.

We offer health screenings, employee health management, health services such as employer-based flu shots, smoking cessation support, and health education, just to name a few.
