Premier Community Health (PCH) is committed to providing senior adults in the Southwest Ohio area with health information, screenings, and suggestions on how to stay safe.

Senior Health Screenings

Through a grant from the Area Agency on Aging, PSA-2, PCH provides the following health screenings for senior adults:

• Total Cholesterol/HDL (good cholesterol)/Blood Sugar screening
• Blood pressure
• Body Mass Index
• Take-home colorectal screening kit
• Height and weight
• Hemoglobin A1C (for those with diabetes)

Senior Medication Safety

Taking medications safely at home can be a challenge for  senior adults who may take several prescriptions.  To help you take your medicines safely, PCH offers a free booklet you can use as a workbook to keep track of your medicines.  We also will send larger quantities to senior groups.
